Is there a way to get my photos/music off my broken computer? - photos of broken capillaries on chest area

My computer is frozen now and not turn to start. I must send to HP for repair. However, I have to be downloaded and saved thousands of songs and photos of many on your computer. Is there anything I can do to delete my photos and music from the hard drive before HP got something? Please help!
