Yesterday I went shopping when I have a sharp pain on the side of my foot. I do not know or do everything I just said. It hurts now when I go in a particularly rough terrain. Permanente and the kitchen and wash the dishes, I was almost killed, it hurt so much after I retired, and a friend pointed out the bump on the inside of my foot on the size of the area is not discolored or anything else be safe in the back of the bow on the front of the heel. It hurts to present real pressure on this area. Fasciliitis I think the person is never planted, and I should see a doctor. Someone knows the best way to treat this type of problem. I have 3 children and my husband walks with a cane to do because of an injury at work, so that more or less what really need advice on how to tackle this problem. I was also walking and cycling.
