Cod liver oil is available in capsule form. and receive health benefits, but not prove it. They can be bought in pharmacies, health food stores and some supermarkets.
My parents would shake a little salt in the palm of your hand and lick us after taking cod liver oil.
take a lot of sugar to overcome the taste, or better still to forget to take a sip of chocolate that is safe, the bad taste of what they ate =!)
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go.
